The following are the Junior High and High School courses which Shauna Manfredine plans to offer in the 2025-2026 school year. These classes are taught in a one-room-school style. Core Courses meet 2x per week (each class is 1 hour) Core class Tuition is $100.00 per month, which doesn't include materials/books.
This course includes: creative sentence composition, study of master writers, poetry, essay writing, newspaper writing, calligraphy, letter writing, story character development, story mapping, plot development and short story writing. We will also read 1 classical piece of literature with related writing assignments.
Jr. High math, Algebra 1 and Geometry are to be offered by Shauna Manfredine this year.
This year we'll be focusing on Astronomy. We'll study Astronomy from a Biblical perspective, showing the heavens as the Patriarchs understood them. The books for this course include Shauna Manfredine's God's Amazing Star Secret and her newest book, Ancient Hebrew in the Stars .
Elective Courses meet once a week. Tuition for 2 hour classes is $100.00 per month, which doesn't include materials/books. Tuition for 1 hour classes is $50.00 per month, not including materials.
This art class is 2 hours per week. In this class, we'll be learning the history of art (beginning with cave paintings). We'll be making an art piece from each era (including 1 painting, mosaic, pottery, and more).
This class is 2 hours per week. In this class, we cook together online preparing a wide variety of recipes and building a personal cookbook. Course and recipes can be adjusted for dietary restrictions, including: vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, low carb, etc...
This course is 1 hour per week. The Personal Finance curriculum provides students with the information they need to become financially literate. Students will learn how to build credit, manage bank accounts, plan for investing, understand taxes, and repay loans. Students can apply these concepts and develop lifelong skills and capabilities.
